Discipline is a part of education process. Students have to behave in the prescribed manner of rules and regulations framed in the interest of both students and institutions.

  • Every pupil is urged to contribute to the high tone of the school by his manner and temperament.
  • Pupils are answerable to the school authorities for their conduct.
  • Habitual, idleness, rudeness, disobedience, stealing, indiscipline, objectionable moral influence, three days consecutive in excusable absence, calls for strict disciplinary measure and in some cases dismissal may be the proper solution.
  • Wearing of the school uniform is compulsory on class days, outings and school functions.
  • Students will not be permitted to attend the school with long hair (Sikh Boys Excluded).
  • In the absence of the teacher, the monitor assumes responsibilities for the orderly discipline of the class. The second monitor should report the matter to the office if no teacher arrives within five minutes.
  • Each pupil is responsible for his own things and is advised to take care of his belongings. No valuable articles should be brought to the school.
  • No unauthorized books and magazines and periodicals are to be brought into the school premises without the Principal sanction.
  • Any kind of damage to the school property is to be paid for with a penalty of 10%. It can be expulsion in case it is deliberate.
  • Pupils must bring the school diary everyday to the school and it must be signed by parents.
  • Parents and Guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities enforcing regularity and discipline by seeing their children prepare their lessons by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of school.
  • Our day begins with the assembly, the most sacred part of our time table. Parents/ Guardians should Endeavour to see to it that the children are on time.
  • Parents/ guardians are informed that occasional reports from teachers will be given and are expected to make a note of them.
  • If a student is likely to be absent due to illness for a long period, the Principal must be informed within three (3) days in writing.
  • Parents/ Guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address and phone number.
  • Parents/ Guardians are not allowed to see their children or teacher during the school hours without the sanction of the Principal.
  • No leave of absence will be granted during exams except sickness.
  • Request for leave on medical grounds must be supported by M.B.B.S doctor’s certificate.
  • Confiscated in fights are enough reasons for suspension.
  • All notices of withdrawal must be given 75 days in advance by the Parents/ Guardians, or else the fee for the following term will be charged.
  • Children who travel under private arrangement are not to leave the Campus until an escort arrives.
  • Students not wearing the prescribed uniform will be sent to home.
  • No transfer certificate is issued until all the dues are paid.
  • In order to get promotion to the next class, under normal circumstances, a child must not fail in any subject. The pass percentage is 40%.
  • The school reserves the right to suspend/ expel students whose conduct is harmful to other students or the school or if progress in studies is unsatisfactory.
  • A child who fails twice will not be permitted to continue his studies in the school.
  • The name, class and section must be marked on all blazers and belongings of the students.
  • Girls are not allowed to apply nail polish, mehendi, wear rings and big ear rings during the school session.
  • A minimum of 80% attendance is required for eligibility for promotion to the next class.
  • If the child is caught with the mobiles phone, he/ she will be expelled and will be readmitted only after a fine of readmission fees. In case parents want to readmit the child. If it is found again with the same, the child will be expelled with no further discussion.
  • Attendance on the first and last day of the term is compulsory.
